We offer a 7-day return and replacement policy from the date of delivery.

A return or replacement is applicable only if:

  • A wrong product was delivered
  • The product is significantly different from the description

  • Products without original packaging or tags
  • Customized or made-to-order items (e.g., specific Laddu Gopal dress sizes)
  • Minor color differences due to lighting or screen settings

  • The product must be unused and in original condition
  • The product must be returned with original packaging
  • Unboxing video is recommended for faster approval of claims

🚚 4. Return Method

Returns are accepted via courier pickup or self-shipping, as guided by our support team.

💰 5. Return Shipping Charges

  • If the return is due to our error (wrong or damaged product), we will bear the return shipping cost
  • In all other cases, the customer is responsible for return shipping charges

Refund Mode:

  • Online payments → Refunded to the original payment method
  • COD orders → Refund via bank transfer or UPI
